Apprentice Experience Guide
Experience Guide - ZuCar
Athlone
Due to on-going growth, we are recruiting for dynamic individuals without a proven track record in car sales to join the Customer Experience team at ZuCar Athlone.
ZuCar is part of Joe Duffy Group, Ireland’s leading motor retailer across 24 locations, 20 Franchises representing 13 brands, with a team of 600 employees and an enviable franchise portfolio of world-leading brands. Full driving licence (manual and automatic) is a prerequisite for the role.
What our Zu Guide (Trainee Sales) do differently is listen more than sales people working at other automotive retailers. Next, they focus on treating their guest with respect by acknowledging their needs and being mindful of their time. Lastly, our Zu Guides share our guests' passion for cars and love helping our guests get exactly what they want time after time. You will be paid a salary, not commission. Our Zu Guides are also incentivised on overall guest experience and dealer performance. Here's what you'll do as an Trainee Experience Guide:
- Treat the guest as though they are a guest in your home.
- Explain how our unique buying experience works and let the guest control the process.
- Assist the guest in finding the right vehicle for them (physically or digitally).
- Listen intently to what they're saying, then do whatever it takes to get them the car they want.
- Using our valuation app, provide all information for the guest to simplify their trade-in process.
- Help every guest go through their buying process at their pace.
- Stay "in the moment" with your guest and make sure you're exceeding their expectations. Celebrate with guests when they find their perfect car.
- Treat your teammates with respect.
- Keep an open mind about how we can constantly innovate.
- Have fun
We will recognise and reward your hard work, achievements and loyalty with our excellent reward and benefits package. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer the following:
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Industry Leading Training and Progression Plans
- Life Cover
- Social Club
- Bike to Work
- 20 days annual leave
- PRSA
This is a Trainee role and Joe Duffy Group have a comprehensive training program in place which is tailored to suit an individual's needs, and can take six months to complete. During this program, you will receive comprehensive training in the Joe Duffy Group process, database management, marketing, customer service and everything you will require to have a successful career in Aftersales. During this training, the emphasis is on learning and developing your skills, being mentored, observing experienced service advisors, classroom and brand training.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate strong customer service, telesales, retail sales or customer contact experience. You do not need to have motor experience, but have a desire and understanding of the motor trade.
